Current Resident
Paige Neis-Beer
Paige is a multidisciplinary artist, with 7 years of experience in the fashion industry. Working across London and Kaurna Land, Paige's core practices expand across styling, upcycling and repurposing costumes/clothing. At the centre of Paige's work is identity, explored as the observer and observed - with an interest in subverting societal expectations and challenging the status quo. Her thinking is innately resourceful, with a deep interest in incorporating diverse applications both traditional and unconventional. She enjoys a surrealist lens - embracing the freaky, and the weird.

Former Resident
Lucinda Corin
Lucinda Corin is a photographer and filmmaker living and working on Kaurna land. She is a queer artist with and interest in connection, nostalgia, gender, and identity. She strives with every subject to capture a complex inner world by building an external manifestation of emotion. By evoking gothic influences and utilising compelling subjects, distorted lensing and abstract composition her work is often reminiscent of memories and dreams, or even memories of dreams.
Lucinda has been professionally creative directing and photographing within the realm of portraiture, music and fashion for the past 7 years. After studying Film and Television Production at Adelaide College of the Arts she has since worked alongside some of Australia’s leading photographers and lighting technicians on multiple feature films and television series. She has recently completed production on her debut short film, and is developing work for a solo exhibition in 2025.
